Site work & foundation
Clearing, excavation, footings, and foundation — set correctly, because everything above it depends on it.
Framing & envelope
Framing, roof, windows, and a weather-tight envelope built for northern Michigan winters.
Interior & finish
Mechanicals, drywall, cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry through final walkthrough.
Project management
Scheduling, subcontractors, inspections, and straight answers on cost and timeline the whole way.
How a build goes
Five stages, in this order.

First conversation
You tell us about the lot, the plans, and the budget you're working with. No charge, no obligation — usually a phone call and a site visit.

Estimate and scope
We put real numbers to the work: what's included, what's an allowance, and where the cost is likely to move.

Contract and schedule
A signed agreement with a start date, a draw schedule, and a build calendar you can hold us to.

Construction
Site work through finish carpentry. You get regular updates and one point of contact for every question.

Walkthrough and handoff
We walk the house together, close out the punch list, and hand over the keys and the paperwork.
